The format of a case

Every case on this site follows the same five parts. Aurum Multibrand is the first one written this way.

  1. Context

    One paragraph: the product, the brands, the team.

  2. Problem

    Three points on what did not scale.

  3. Solution

    A diagram of the architecture that replaced it.

  4. Result

    Three numbers, each from the fact register.

  5. What I would do differently

    One honest paragraph.
