Process

Five steps from the first call to a system your team runs on its own.

    Call

    We talk about your product, your brands and where the design system is today.

  2. Step 2

    Audit

    I go through the Figma files and the code: hard-coded values, duplicates, what a new brand costs now.

  3. Step 3

    Proposal

    A written plan: token layers, scope, order of work and what you get at each step.

  4. Step 4

    Work in sprints

    Short iterations with a review at the end of each. The system grows in Figma and in code together.

  5. Step 5

    Handover

    Documentation, the pipeline and a session with your team, so the system lives without me.
